Protection and Processing of Personal Data Notice
As DIGETE- Digital Reality Technologies inc., we place great importance on processing and maintaining all personal data belonging to individuals, institutions and organizations that benefit from our services in accordance with the “KVKK law” no.6698 on the protection of personal data.
We process your personal data in the manner described below and within the limits required by the legislation.:
ISSUE 01: Collection, Processing and Purpose of Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data that are offered by DIGETE services, products or commercial activities vary depending on, whilst the automatic or non-automatic method, mobile applications, website, social media outlets, offices, branch offices, and similar tools in written, oral or electronically will be collected.
As long as you use digete’s products and services, your personal data will be updated and processed.
Your personal data may be processed when you visit and use our mobile applications or our website with the intention of using DIGETE’s services, and when you participate in conferences, seminars, trainings or organizations that DIGETE organizes.
At DIGETE, we may ask you to fill out questionnaires for research purposes about our services, but you do not have to answer these questionnaires.
Your personal data collected by DIGETE in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by DIGETE, the necessary work to be done by our relevant units, the products and services offered by DIGETE to be customized according to your liking, usage habits and needs, the legal and commercial security of Digete and the people in business relationship with Digete, the determination of and 6. the personal data specified in the articles shall be processed in accordance with the terms and purposes of the processing.
ISSUE 2: To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred

ISSUE 4: DIGETE products
DIGETE makes its mobile applications available free of charge. The books supplied with the apps contain a personalized Activation Code. When you enter the code into the application, you can use all the features in the application. Products with the Activation Code engraved will not be refunded. Apps reach the phone camera to interact with the book.
ISSUE 5: The owner of personal data is responsible for the protection of personal data in accordance with 11th Article of the law. Rights Listed In Article
If, as owners of personal data, you submit your claims for your rights to DIGETE in the ways outlined below, DIGETE will conclude the claim free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a further cost, DIGETE will be charged as set out in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

– Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,

Section 13 of Law No. 6698. Article 1. in accordance with the paragraph, you may submit your request to DIGETE in writing or by other means specified by the Protection of Personal Data Board. Since the Protection of Personal Data Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to DIGETE in writing in accordance with law numbered 6698. In this context, Law numbered 6698 to Digete 11. the channels and procedures through which you will submit your application in writing are described below.
